Heather’s family have been vacationing in South West Rocks for many years, so when the opportunity arose to build there, they seized it! This location is simply enchanting—imagine crystal-clear waters, golden beaches, and that charming, nostalgic Aussie holiday feel. They aimed to capture that essence and infuse it into every corner of this home. The outcome? A breath taking blend of classic coastal style and Mediterranean villa, featuring five luxurious suites, open-plan entertaining spaces, and dreamy holiday vibes for up to 12 guests. And yes, they managed to fit all of this into just 690 sqm—by thinking outside the box (hello, front yard pool!).

In Oak & Oranges Dream Home 10 they decided that they wanted a boutique hotel experience, each bedroom needed that wow factor the moment guests arrived at their bedroom door. The cedar louvred doors were a splurge, but they set the tone perfectly. To balance the budget, They used the same profile in a paint-quality pine for secondary doors and painted them in Taubmans ‘Cotton Sheets’ to blend seamlessly with the walls.
