How to measure for rebated pairs of doors
When offering the width of a rebated pair of doors, there is one specific measurement that Parkwood requires. This is the Overall Pair Width.
The Overall Pair Width is the measurement from the outermost point of the pair of doors once attached to the hinges.
In order to get the Overall Pair Width, you will need to measure the tight size inside the frame. From there, you will need to know the hinge clearance you require on each side (this will normally be around 4 or 5mm on each side but can vary depending on the hinges chosen). So the Overall Pair Width is the measurement between the hinges.
