What’s the warranty?/ Can I have confidence on the product?
10 years on aluminium and composite exterior doors, with no limitations on their exterior placement or colour. They require no further sealing or finishing or protection from the weather.
5 years on solid timber doors, and they must be in weather protected situations (min 1.2m porch roof and no more than 4 hours of direct sunlight/day).
What’s your back up support since your doors are coming from NZ?
We ship weekly to your state, meaning your orders or parts are never too far away. Parkwood has a local team in your state, of both Account Managers and on-site Door Specialists who can visit site at any time to assist with anything from selections to install.
We have a full Customer Service Team based in head office, that includes quoting and after-sales care teams who can work directly with the factory to resolve your query quickly.
What’s the Buying Process?
- Confirm your selections with your Account Manager.
- Your Account Manager will arrange pricing through your preferred local merchant.
- Parkwood supplies all requirements to implement into your build process including display home doors, samples, specs, marketing assets etc.
- Order using our order form and instructions, via your merchant.
- The order is sent within 4-5 weeks to your nominated merchant, who delivers it to site when you require.
How it increases the Bottom Line?

Aluminium doors are powder coated to the colour required by your client, saving the painter’s front door finishing.
When aluminium doors are able to be supplied via your aluminium window fabricator in their frame, this will save you placing the detailed order (it will be done by the fabricator as they will ensure it fits into their own matching frame). You will save the time and cost of one extra trade on site (carpenter to fit the front door/frame) as the fabricator will deliver the door pre-hung with the windows.
